A 15-Minute Daily Reset: The Quick Start Practice from A Life Full of Light

Adapted from the QUICK START© section of A Life Full of Light.

You do not need to change your whole life in one day. The Quick Start practice in the book is built around small actions repeated consistently.

1. Read One Page

Read slowly. The goal is not speed, but understanding. Awareness grows through attention.

2. Activate the Four Foundation Points

The book uses KI3, LV3, SP6 and ST36 as four foundation points. Suggested pairings include KI3 + SP6, LV3 + ST36, KI3 + ST36, KI3 + LV3, ST36 + SP6 and SP6 + LV3.

Use comfortable pressure and accurate point location. Do not force the body.

3. Listen to Alphamatics©

Spend a few minutes with the subconscious reprogramming audio practice described in the book. Repetition is central to the method.

4. Walk

Movement is one of the simplest daily habits. The Quick Start recommends walking as a practical way to reconnect mind and body.

5. Drink Water

Hydration is a basic part of physical self-care.

6. Practice Gratitude

Think of three things you are genuinely grateful for. The purpose is to train attention toward what is present and meaningful.

7. Open the Heart

Forgive where you can. Pray. Smile. Show love. In the Four Pillars approach, spiritual life and relationships are not separate from wellbeing.

The Principle Behind the Practice

You do not need perfection. You need a beginning. Small actions, repeated daily, can become a new way of living.
